The Program You Have Been Waiting For!

We are now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, CIGNA Health Care and United Healthcare for our 90-day health & wellness program, Change Your Body & Change Your Life.  

Does your health and wellness have you depressed?  Maybe you are suffering from pre-diabetes or diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, or stress? If any of these conditions seem too familiar, then this program is for you. 

The 90-day program starts with a comprehensive health and fitness assessment.  The assessment includes blood work to test blood sugar and cholesterol levels, a medical history review, BMI ultrasound and dietary evaluation.  Unlike other weight loss programs, this is not a fad diet or a strict workout plan.  Our goal is to educate and change your health and wellness habits forever.

You will learn the fundamental aspects of nutrition, exercise, weight loss, behavioral changes, and stress management. Additionally, we will educate you on fitness principles and how to incorporate cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training into your daily routine with ease.

For thirteen weeks you will meet in a small group supportive class.  The environment allows the enjoyment of companionship with others pursuing similar health and wellness goals.  The class meets for two hours and works closely with our team of professionals to help educate, monitor, and support your journey! 

The first half of the class is comprised of an educational and supportive workshop discussing important health and wellness topics.  Each week we will cover a different topic related to nutrition, behavior modification, meal preparation, and stress management.  The second half of the class is dedicated to fitness education and interactive group exercise. Gateway Hills is proud to include full use of all health club facilities and programs, with the support of a personal trainer, for the entire 90 days. 

Completion of the 90-day program empowers you with fundamental knowledge and self-confidence to manage your health and wellness goals.  

Our Program Includes:

  • Pre and post health assessment
  • Pre and post fitness assessment
  • Pre and post ultrasound BMI assessment
  • Two individual nutrition counseling sessions with a Registered Dietitian
  • Two Individual health counseling sessions with a Registered Nurse
  • Two classes with a Professional Chef demonstrating healthy cooking and affordable meal solutions.
  • Thirteen classes on the following health topics: nutrition, food shopping, understanding food labels, meal preparation, cooking skills, stress management, time management, and behavior modification.
  • Thirteen classes on the following exercise topics: exercise physiology, strength training, functional training, cardiovascular training, and group exercise.
  • Customized personal training program
  • MYZONE Heart Rate Monitor
  • Small group camaraderie and support of fellow participants
  • Supportive and professional health and wellness coaches

Program Cost

With insurance, the 90-day program cost may be covered by your health care provider.  Without insurance, the total cost of the program is $1800. Financing options are available for those who qualify. Contact us today with further questions on health insurance participation information.   We are currently accepting plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, CIGNA and others.
