Our hour-long barre classes are formulated to melt away body fat and keep you energized for hours after class. Our highly trained and certified instructors can coach you through any movements you may find uncomfortable. Fortunately, our barre classes focus on small, isolated movements that require little to no impact while keeping the intensity and burn high.

Our facilities provide all of the equipment you need. Additionally, your instructor can circulate the room to answer your questions or correct your form – making the most of your time, and helping you get the results that you want in a safer, more efficient manner.
