It can be challenging to find an exercise that works for you. Finding a routine that has multiple benefits through one form of exercise? That’s an even more difficult feat! Still, boxing remains popular because of its ability to deliver so much in one session. This high-intensity activity is a favorite for many, from everyday people to celebrities.

The beauty of boxing lies in its two-fold attack: as you move your feet and land punches, you get your heart rate up. Well-positioned movements are also prime for muscle shape, toning, and definition. It’s one of those rare exercises that can accomplish plenty in one go. We suggest it for people who want to make a change in their lifestyle but want to keep their routine simplified while achieving maximum results such as:

Plus, learning how to box is a significant safety skill.
